How does CEREC work?

This image will be sent to our in-office milling system, where your custom dental restoration will be fabricated. CEREC dental restorations are made of high-quality porcelain and require no temporaries or impression trays. Once the restoration is complete, Dr. Engelberg will polish it and place it. With CEREC technology, dental restorations are fabricated with greater accuracy, allowing Dr. Engelberg to make on-site adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit.
