As a busy home inspector it is sometimes difficult to find the time to maintain my oral hygiene. The flexible hours and electronic follow-up your office provides makes it much easier for me to schedule and keep appointments without having to worry about losing an inspection.

After a recent visit, I received an e-mail notice the other day to complete a survey regarding my experience. Instead of filling out the survey, I thought it would be more beneficial to let you know that my visit on December 11 was quite pleasant. Laura did a great job of making me feel relaxed as she turned on the chair back massager. My blood pressure is usually 150/90 when I walk into your office, this time it was 124/70. She took extra time to update my x-rays and then started to work cleaning my teeth. She kept me advised or her progress, was very gentle and before I knew it, she was finished. She even complimented me on the positive results of my flossing. What a way to start the day.

You have a great staff doc and your chairside manner isn’t too shabby either. The professionalism you demonstrate clearly filters down to your staff; it makes it easy for me to send them your way when someone needs your expertise.”

I needed extensive dental work (braces, bridges, bone grafts, veneers and implants) due to missing several teeth and poor orthodontics as a child. I came to Dr. Engelberg as a young adult and he assured me that he could give me the amazing smile I had always wanted. He was honest about my treatment and sent me to the best orthodontist and oral surgeon. All three discussed my complicated case to ensure everyone was on the same page throughout the process. The staff adjusted appointments to fit my work schedule. Everyone made me feel at ease every time I was in the office. After major appointments he called to see how I was feeling. One time Dr. Engelberg even came in on a Saturday morning to fix one of my temporaries. Overall, they go above and beyond. I left my final appointment today smiling ear to ear. I have perfect teeth for the first time in my life thanks to Dr. Engelberg and his wonderful staff.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at AH Smiles! They were kind to me from the second I walked in the door and full disclosure I hate going to the dentist. Going to the dentist is like pulling teeth for me but in the case of Dr. Engelberg’s office I have to say they really make it as pleasant an experience as it can possibly be. I get reminder emails that my appt is coming, several times, so I don’t forget the appt that was set 6 months before. The office is clean(feels like a spa) and the staff welcoming. During Covid they have added air filtering machines and everyone wears a mask and face guard. Both my hygienist, Sam and Dr. Engelberg, do a really good job. They are professional, easy to talk to, and they just plain put you at ease. I highly recommend this dental office!
