This unique treatment is designed to improve facial esthetics by addressing fat cells under the chin, more commonly referred to as a double chin.
How Does Treatment Work?
Kybella uses a synthesized form of a molecule that occurs naturally in your body, deoxycholic acid. The molecule helps break down and absorb fat. We use the synthesized molecule to target the fat beneath your chin. For many people, even diet and exercise and do little to remove the fat accumulating in this portion of the face. Fortunately, we can help address the issue.
The treatment process takes about 20 minutes and involves a series on injections in the area under the chin. The exact number will depend on the amount fat stored. Each treatment takes place a month apart. The total number of treatments will depend on a number of different factors. You may require as little as two or three treatments, but the max is six treatments for severe cases.
How Long Do The Results Last?
The results become noticeable after about four to six weeks. The result also tend to last for years, providing you with improved facial esthetics that last a long time.
Do You Also Offer Botox and Dermal Fillers?
Yes! With Botox, we target the wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes. The results can last between four and six months on average. With dermal fillers, we fill in laugh lines and nasolabial folds, with results lasting months. One of our dermal fillers, Voluma, can actually remove wrinkles and lift cheeks, offering results that last as long as two years.
