You can choose to fill it out from the comfort of your own home, or while you wait in our relaxing, spa-like waiting room. They will assist you in handling your paperwork and ensure you are good to go before we call you back to be seen.
Dental Cleaning & Exam
Most patients’ first appointments with us include a dental cleaning. One of our dental hygienists will perform a thorough dental cleaning and periodontal disease assessment. They will make notes regarding the current status of your dental health and your previous medical procedures. Once your dental cleaning is complete, Dr. Engelberg will come to see you. Checkout
Once your appointment has been concluded, you will be walked back to our front desk area where you will checkout. Remember to bring your preferred payment method and dental insurance cards, just in case you need them. If a follow-up appointment is recommended, we will go ahead and schedule it for you.
